Plans underway for 2011 event. RiverSpan will be bringing it's third annual, international sculpture exhibition and sale to the deck of the Purple People bridge, which spans the Ohio River between the Cincinnati, OH riverfront park system and the Newport, KY entertainment district. 80 sculptors from 4 continents, 5 nations and 26 American states will be displaying over 800 original works. Bruce Olson says, "The 2010 RiverSpan Sculpture Exhibition and Sale is a truly unique fine arts event held upon the deck of the longest pedestrian bridge in America. Mark your calendar for June 18-20, 2010." Whether your desire is to purchase art or simply to see the show, RiverSpan is sure to be a one-of-a-kind, summer experience for you and your family. Children under 15 are admitted free with guardian. RiverSpan is an exhibition and sale of sculpture from across the country, and the world. The show takes place annually on the deck of a 137 yr. old purple bridge spanning the Ohio River. It is truly a unique event upon a wonderful venue. The entire bridge deck will be tented to provide an enjoyable experience to protect artists and patrons alike, rain or shine.
