About Ballet Tech of Ohio

Founded in 1993 by Claudia Rudolf Barrett, former soloist and ballet mistress of the Cincinnati Ballet, BTO is committed to providing top-tier dance education.

We are a professional dance school located in Maineville, Ohio, focusing on the development of technique, artistry, and the discipline required for success in the professional dance world and personal growth.

Programs & Classes

We offer various levels of dance training tailored for all ages and ability levels.

Beginning Dance

Ages 2–6 Years

Introduction to the world of dance through fun Musical Movement and Pre-Ballet.

Intermediate

Ages 6–11 Years

Ballet 1–3 classes focusing on strong technical foundations and physical stamina.

Pre-Professional

Ages 11+ Years

Intensive program including pointe, variations, pas de deux, and modern dance.

Adults & Others

All Ages

Ballet classes for teens and adults, as well as additional classes like Tap and Modern.

In the 2024-2025 season, BTO students successfully reached the Top 12 in the prestigious YAGP ballet competition in Indianapolis.
